Full Job Description

About the Team

You'll join the Value Management team within Healthcare. This team acts as a strategic partner to Workday's healthcare customers, helping them realize lasting value from their investment and chart their path forward with AI. The team works closely with sales and account teams to shape account strategy and evolves alongside customers as their priorities change.
This role gives you the opportunity to work with some of the most influential healthcare organizations in the world, helping shape how they use AI to transform their business.

About the Role

As a Senior or Principal Value Manager, you serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare customers, guiding them beyond a single investment decision toward continuous, measurable outcomes. You help customers navigate their AI journey with Workday, connecting strategy to lasting impact over time. You engage directly with senior executives at healthcare organizations, presenting strategic recommendations and building trust at the highest levels. You also build relationships with key decision-makers across our most important healthcare accounts, and you represent Workday's point of view externally on where healthcare and AI are headed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading healthcare customers through ongoing outcomes realization, so the impact of their Workday investment grows over time rather than being tied to a single decision point

  • Engaging senior healthcare executives to align around a shared strategic direction for their Workday investment

  • Advising on flex credit adoption and consumption-based models, so customers feel confident scaling their use of Workday

  • Shaping thought leadership on emerging trends in healthcare and AI, positioning Workday and customers at the front of the conversation

  • Leading cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning post-sale engagement, consumption, and healthcare-specific demand generation

  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted strategic advisor, shaping the direction of complex, enterprise-wide programs

  • Deep expertise in value realization, guiding customers to sustain and grow the benefits of their investment well beyond the initial decision

  • Demonstrated executive presence, communicating clearly and confidently with senior healthcare leaders in high-stakes conversations

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
