Location : New Jersey

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead enterprise quality engineering initiatives and define endtoend testing strategies across commercial insurance applications The role requires strong expertise in test automation application architecture and modern quality engineering practices to ensure scalable reliable and highquality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define overall test strategy and endtoend test architecture.
  • Design and implement scalable reusable test automation frameworks.
  • Drive automation strategy across UI API mobile integration database and cloudbased applications.
  • Establish and standardize automation frameworks testing patterns and quality engineering best practices.
  • Partner with engineering architecture and QA teams to improve test coverage and delivery quality.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex testing challenges and quality solutions.
  • Support CICD integration and continuous testing initiatives


Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of application architecture APIs UI mobile integrations databases and cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience in designing enterprisescale automation frameworks.
  • Expertise in test strategy quality engineering and automation architecture.
  • Strong technical problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience collaborating with development architecture and testing teams to drive automation adoption.
  • Familiarity with Agile DevOps and CICD environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 97371 to $121364

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
