OverviewThis opportunity will allow to drive complex cybersecurity solutions across classified and regulated environments while strengthening your technical depth in cloud security, automation, and architecture. In this role, you will also influence large-scale federal programs through risk-based decision-making and strong delivery leadership.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints
- Demonstrate expertise in a specific solution, or several products, feature functions, or services and drive opportunities to accelerate the adoption of the Microsoft Cloud
- Drive and support innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform
- Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer
- Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies
- Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues
- Balance Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products and tools and develop project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for project
- Lead delivery of cybersecurity solutions across the full lifecycle, with a focus on ATO readiness, execution, and sustainment within federal environments
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures leveraging Azure, including security services such as Microsoft Defender, Entra, and Azure Policy
- Drive hands-on engineering, automation, and implementation of security controls-not limited to compliance documentation
- Identify and mitigate technical and program risks; translate risk findings into actionable remediation strategies
- Support large-scale federal programs by aligning cybersecurity solutions to mission requirements and operational outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, engineers, and program stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption
QualificationsRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years leadership experience in a relevant area of business OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications• 5+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity solutions in federal or highly regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure, networking, and cloud security services (e.g., Defender, Entra, Azure Policy)
• Strong background in both cybersecurity compliance and technical implementation (engineering-first mindset)
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation to support security operations, compliance workflows, and infrastructure provisioning
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-500, AZ-305, SC-100, or equivalent security/cloud credentials
• Experience supporting large, complex federal or DoD programs with strict compliance requirements
Technology Consulting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,800 - $193,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $126,100 - $207,600 per year.
