ConfigureTek is a leading ServiceNow partner implementing IT Operations Management and IT Service Management solutions for clients across the United States and Canada. Our highly experienced and dedicated team works to deliver efficiency and stability in the delivery of IT operations for our customers. Our clients include Fortune 500 organizations, public sector entities, hospital systems, higher education institutions and more.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will work with our customers to identify requirements, source potential candidates to drive firm growth and help add value to ConfigureTek's various clients. The candidate will understand our business landscape, establish relationships with ConfigureTek's customers, partners and candidates, interview candidates, and close offers.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen potential candidates
  • Establish relationships with our internal and external customers to identify and manage requirements
  • Shepherd candidates through entire recruiting process including providing employment offers, discussing benefits, and negotiating salaries
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and leadership team
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs and retain employees


Qualifications
  • 4 years' minimum full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of various sourcing methods and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Demonstrated success hiring technical candidates in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with candidates and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
