In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span multiple engineering teams building Tier-1 cloud services and real-time experiences for hundreds of millions of devices and customers. You'll turn ambiguous, large-scale technical challenges into clear roadmaps, drive execution across organizational boundaries, and ensure we deliver experiences that redefine what a personal assistant can do. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering and product - bringing structure to greenfield initiatives and keeping fast-moving teams aligned, unblocked, and shipping.
Key job responsibilities
-Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-organizational technical programs - from ambiguous concept through launch and operation - including requirements, technical design, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
-Contribute to annual and quarterly planning cycles, translating organizational strategy into actionable program plans.
-Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities, make trade-off decisions, and communicate program status to senior leadership.
-Establish and improve mechanisms - status reporting, operational reviews, launch readiness, and audit metrics - that create visibility and explain variance against goals.
-Drive engineering and operational excellence by embedding quality, reliability, and launch-readiness standards into program planning and execution.
-Champion the use of generative AI both in the experiences we ship and in our own program and engineering practices to accelerate time to market.
