🎯 Position OverviewSK AX USA is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / M365 Migration Technical Lead to support a global Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation program involving tenant-to-tenant migrations.
This role will serve as a key technical lead and escalation point among the customer, SK AX, and system integrator (SI) partners, providing senior-level technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have broad Microsoft 365 migration experience and the ability to understand complex technical dependencies, identify risks, review SI-proposed solutions, and drive the project through successful migration and stabilization.
🧠 Key Responsibilities- Provide senior-level technical leadership for the Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation and tenant-to-tenant migration program.
- Serve as a primary technical lead and escalation point among the customer, SK AX, and system integrator (SI) partners.
- Review M365 migration architecture, strategy, scope, technical deliverables, and key risks.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across Identity, M365 workloads, Endpoint, Security, and Application environments.
- Oversee key migration activities, including Pilot, Migration Wave, Cutover, Coexistence, Rollback, and Hypercare.
- Review and challenge SI-proposed solutions, scope, deliverables, and Change Requests as needed.
- Drive the resolution of technical issues and communicate key risks and decisions to project stakeholders.
📚 Qualifications- Experience leading Microsoft 365 migration, tenant consolidation, or other large-scale M365 transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / AD, IAM, MFA, SSO, and related third-party identity dependencies.
- Strong understanding of core M365 workloads, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune/Endpoint.
- Experience across key migration activities, including Pilot, Cutover, Coexistence, Rollback, and Hypercare.
- Senior-level Technical Leadership experience working with customers, SI/vendor partners, and technical teams, including review of architecture, scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Preferred Qualifications- Successful end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration or multi-tenant consolidation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Okta integration or migration to Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft MFA.
- Deep experience with Identity, Intune/Endpoint, or M365 Security & Compliance.
- Experience with global M365 migrations or Pharmaceutical / Life Science / GxP environments.
