Technical Lead Project Manager (Data & Business Analysis)
Overview / Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Lead Project Manager. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data domain knowledge, and business analysis skills to ensure the successful implementation of data technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Define technical vision, make architectural decisions, and select appropriate technologies
- Lead and mentor development teams to foster technical excellence
- Ensure code quality, assist in setting up CI/CD, manage technical risks, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to development
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
- Implement coding standards, best practices, and improve development workflows
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with development teams
- Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies considering cost, resources, and technical constraints
- Provide expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions
- Collect client feedback to improve processes, products, and services
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications - Extensive experience in software development and architecture
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving ability to address complex technical challenges
- Demonstrated project management experience managing timelines and deliverables
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications
