Job Description
• Lead and manage the IT operations team
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and address issues proactively
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex IT issues
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
