HealthEquity is looking for an analytical self-starter to join the Technical Integration Manager team. Working independently or side by side with an Implementation Manager, this position is responsible for the technical components of new and existing client implementations. The position requires a focus on financial analysis, data integration and mapping of large data sets; e.g., health care enrollment, claim, payroll and other benefit related files. Additionally, cross-functional teamwork and collaboration is required to coordinate the tasks associated with each implementation.A successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with data files and analysis, programming languages, great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project tasks and timelines. The applicant will be required to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication (aka social skills), a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to the applicant’s success.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the setup, analysis, validation and integration of partner data exchanges
- Serve as primary technical contact during client implementations for existing and new clients
- Coordinate cross functional implementation tasks; create and manage to project plans; assist in developing project scope documentation
- Coordinate the submission of requirements and track the progress of technical project development
- Lead technical implementation calls, setting expectations and timelines with clients.
- Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing and validation of file solutions
- Manage technical implementation documentation and contribute to team process documentation
- Other tasks as assigned by team leader.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years project management or related experience
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing role
- Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with XML
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong self-starter with internal motivation
- Negotiation skills to achieve compliance with specifications
- Ability to listen, understand and solve problems
- Ability to lead and explain technical requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross functional team
- Ability to work with ambiguous instructions
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple ongoing projects

Salary Range$75500.00 To $96000.00 / year

Onboarding & Travel
This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and equip you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations.
This role may begin with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
