Revolution Space is currently seeking a results-oriented Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this full-cycle role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate brings a background sourcing top tier leadership and engineering talent in high-growth environments where speed, quality, and adaptability are paramount.

This role is onsite at our Boston, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Demonstrated experience recruiting top level engineering talent within U.S. government contracting or defense environment to include, aerospace engineers, systems engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, embedded flight/software engineers, payload engineers, etc.
• Proven success managing and prioritizing a high-volume requisition load
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, navigate complex dynamics, and adapt to changing priorities
• Individual contributor who drives recruiting outcomes through collaboration and influence (no direct reports)
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, AAP requirements, Section 503, and VEVRAA documentation standards.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 12+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, with a strong preference for recruiting within a manufacturing workforce.
• Ability to develop and execute talent strategy.
• Experience sourcing traditional and cleared talent platforms (Clearancejobs, Dice Clearance, IC Café)
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Highly organized with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in managing multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

The pay range for this role is:

150,000 - 170,000 USD per year (Boston, MA)
