Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who support QTS's mission uphold our core values.
  • Strategic candidate management able to assess complex negotiations.
  • Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools.
  • Drive Recruitment Technology Strategy to support talent pool development and sustainability.
  • Responsible for implementation and administration of recruitment technology tools and systems.
  • Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and low time to fill metrics.
  • Proactively network to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools.
  • Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement.
  • Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues by maintaining a professional presence.
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent experience
  • Four or more years of direct recruiting experience with at least two years in a corporate setting
  • Two or more years of project or program management experience
  • Four or more years' experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Diversity recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees nationwide

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:
$89,649.02 - 137,097.25
