You will be a strategic partner helping our leaders find, attract, and hire the best talent to fuel Yum!'s growth around the globe. You will combine hands on recruiting expertise with a consultative approach, shaping the way we connect with candidates and ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding for corporate roles across Yum!'s brands.
- Own and drive the end to end recruitment process with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity, timely follow ups, and strong execution at every stage.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for requisitions, proactively managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and candidate pipelines to deliver against hiring goals.
- Build diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Yum!'s values.
- Use data and metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire.
- Ensure recruiting processes are consistently followed, documented, and optimized for efficiency and compliance.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
- Lead and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition practices, from employer branding to process innovation.
- Champion equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process.
QualificationsQualifications- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 6+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast paced, global organization.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels through a consultative approach.
- Strong sourcing expertise including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and direct outreach.
- Comfort with recruiting technologies such as Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS, and a data driven approach to decision making.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and ability to use data to inform strategy and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Proven track record of owning and successfully delivering full cycle recruitment with minimal oversight.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience operating in a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams or global stakeholders is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: $99,200 to $105,030 annually + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
