Hasbro is hiring a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in Montreal to lead our global summer intern and co-op programs. You9ll also handle full-cycle hiring for early-career and specialized corporate and gaming roles across Canada, with a few roles in the United States and the United Kingdom, across the Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast brands.
As the global program lead, you9ll shape the strategy and the rhythm of the work. You9ll guide talent acquisition, HR, and business partners in each region. You9ll also carry your own roles. The goal isn9t to fill seats. The goal is to make great hires.
What You9ll Do
- Lead the yearly strategy for our global summer intern and co-op programs, alongside the Director of Early Careers and regional teams.
- Partner with colleagues in the UK, Hong Kong, and other markets, and adapt to local school calendars, culture, and employment rules.
- Recruit early-career talent across Canada from first conversation to offer, plus select roles in the US and UK.
- Advise hiring managers on role scope, candidate evaluation, pay, and what you see in the market.
- Grow inclusive pipelines through universities, co-op programs, student groups, and referrals.
- Keep hiring data current in Greenhouse and raise anything that needs attention early.
- Design an intern experience where students feel welcome, connected, and ready to grow.
- Help managers scope meaningful work, mentor well, and give fair feedback.
- Work with HR and business leaders to spot interns to hire full time and decide in good time.
- Build simple tools and processes and share what you learn with the wider talent team.
What You9ll Bring
- About six years in talent acquisition, with real ownership of university, intern, and co-op hiring.
- Experience building or leading an intern or co-op program: design, manager support, participant experience, and conversion.
- Recruiting experience in Canada and comfort partnering across countries. Hiring in the US or UK is a plus.
- Familiarity with university recruiting cycles, student talent markets, and work-integrated learning.
- A knack for keeping partners aligned when nobody reports to you.
- Comfort using recruiting data and market insight to guide decisions with leaders at every level.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics. Greenhouse is a plus.
- Professional English to work with partners and candidates across regions.
- A bachelor9s degree or equivalent experience, and openness to occasional travel.
