POSITION INTRODUCTION

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruiting to attract skilled professional, technical, and hard-to-fill talent that powers our industrial construction projects. Through strong hiring-manager partnerships, strategic sourcing, and data-driven insights, you will directly shape our workforce and drive project and business success.
DAY IN THE LIFE

A typical day as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner blends recruiting strategy, sourcing, and relationship-building. You begin by reviewing open requisitions and your applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline, prioritizing hard-to-fill professional and technical construction roles. Throughout the day you partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions, while proactively engaging top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry partnerships. You conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, coordinate interview processes, and schedule pre-employment and development assessments. You also analyze recruiting metrics and labor-market trends to advise leadership, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and represent the organization at career fairs and campus recruiting events. Every hire you make builds a stronger, safer, and more capable workforce that keeps our industrial construction projects on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
