We're looking for a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring helping us to shape how we go to market for talent and delivering the hires that enable this next phase of growth.
What you'll do- Own full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Partner with leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans aligned to growth priorities
- Build pipelines for hard-to-fill and emerging capability roles
- Advise on talent market dynamics and competitive positioning
- Lead structured assessment and provide clear hiring recommendations
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
- Manage offers and secure top talent in competitive markets
- Improve hiring outcomes by driving speed, quality, and consistency
What you bring- Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technical environments
- Ability to influence leaders and operate as a trusted advisor
- Strong sourcing capability and pipeline development experience
- Sound judgment in assessing talent across technical and commercial roles
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday)
Working Conditions:• Hybrid Office/Work from home position, with possible travel to meet business users at Capital Power facilities or other offices.
