Job Summary:
Job Summary**

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Modaxo Inc., you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive our continued growth and success. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on strategic sourcing and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
* Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, leveraging various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
* Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide comprehensive recommendations to hiring managers.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job requirements, and establish clear recruitment timelines and expectations.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for frequently recruited roles and critical positions.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for Modaxo Inc.
* Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate recruitment reports.
* Stay informed of industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and changes in employment law.
* Participate in and contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
* Mentor and support junior talent acquisition team members as needed.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a diverse range of roles, including technical, professional, and leadership positions.
* Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms, including passive candidate sourcing.
* Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent and evaluate cultural fit.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
* Experience working in the technology or transportation industry is a plus.
