Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, North America
You will lead the North America Talent Acquisition team (comprised of 6 recruiters and a sourcing specialist), delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across professional, technical, and manufacturing roles, while partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and the global TA community.
The Role & Your Impact
This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, transformation, and execution.
You will:
Own and evolve the North America Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with business priorities and global direction.
Lead, develop, and align a high‑performing NA TA team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Deliver high‑quality TA services at scale through strong stakeholder partnership and proactive leadership engagement.
Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience, while supporting business growth.
Partner with global TA leadership on cross‑regional initiatives, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Use market intelligence and data to support workforce planning and build diverse, future‑ready talent pipelines.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
8+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience, ideally in a global organization.
Proven success designing and executing TA strategies across functions such as manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and R&D.
Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.
A track record of building and leading engaged, high‑performing teams.
Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated salary range: USD $150,000 – $180,000
401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution
