Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, North America

You will lead the North America Talent Acquisition team (comprised of 6 recruiters and a sourcing specialist), delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across professional, technical, and manufacturing roles, while partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams, and the global TA community.


The Role & Your Impact

This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, transformation, and execution.

You will:

  • Own and evolve the North America Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with business priorities and global direction.

  • Lead, develop, and align a high‑performing NA TA team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver high‑quality TA services at scale through strong stakeholder partnership and proactive leadership engagement.

  • Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience, while supporting business growth.

  • Partner with global TA leadership on cross‑regional initiatives, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

  • Use market intelligence and data to support workforce planning and build diverse, future‑ready talent pipelines.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience, ideally in a global organization.

  • Proven success designing and executing TA strategies across functions such as manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and R&D.

  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.

  • A track record of building and leading engaged, high‑performing teams.

  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve hiring outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
