Your Role- Demonstrate and articulate the features and benefits of Nutanix solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account plans and create tailored proposals for clients.
- Engage in technical evaluations (POCs) to ensure successful adoption of Nutanix solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
- Provide mentorship to new hires and peer colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage complex accounts and drive larger sales transactions effectively.
- Achieve technical wins by collaborating with the presales team to meet customer needs efficiently.
What You Will Bring- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 3+ years as a Presales Engineer
- Experience with Cloud Native, Kubernetes & AI solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Hands-on technical aptitude with adaptability to market demands
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems and developing solution strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience with data center and cloud technologies, specifically in storage, virtualization, and automation frameworks
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage multiple projects effectively
- Desire to learn, mentor others, and maintain high ethics and integrity in professional conduct
Work ArrangementRemote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 207,000 and USD $ 311,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
