Job Summary

The Senior Systems Operations Director is a key operational leadership role supporting Morrison Healthcare's partnership with Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. This position provides daily operational oversight for three Martin Health hospitals, ensuring excellence in patient dining services, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational execution. Must reside in Stuart, FL or Port St Lucie, FL.

The Senior Systems Operations Director will work closely with Directors of Dining Services, Operations Managers, Executive Chefs, and frontline leadership to drive key performance indicators (KPIs), improve operational efficiencies, and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position that spends time in each hospital, coaching teams, identifying opportunities, and ensuring consistent execution of Morrison Healthcare standards.

Primary Locations Supported:
  • Martin North Hospital (Average Daily Census: 190)
  • Martin South Hospital (Average Daily Census: 50)
  • Tradition Hospital (Average Daily Census: 160)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operates the department in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
  • Ensures that the food that is offered is of superior quality
  • Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
  • Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team
  • Fosters strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience
  • Minimum of five years of Proven Leadership expertise
  • 5+ years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
  • Healthcare Food Service experience a PLUS
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Highly Preferred or Registered Dietitian
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
  • ServSafe® certified a plus
  • Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the company
