The Texas Behavioral Health Center is a newly completed state-funded psychiatric hospital opening in Dallas' Southwestern Medical District that is owned by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and operated by UT Southwestern Medical Center.
When fully operational, the 505,000-square-foot facility will house 292 beds - 200 for adult patients and 92 for children and adolescents. As DFW's first state-funded behavioral health hospital, it is designed to deliver state-of-the-art, patient-centered care in a modern and healing environment. The center provides comprehensive behavioral health treatment and features private patient rooms, abundant access to natural light and nature, and thoughtfully designed spaces that promote recovery. The hospital will also provide training to all behavioral health disciplines.
JOB SUMMARYJoin our Technology team as an ERP Analyst Sr focused primarily on Oracle Cloud HCM. In this role, you will serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud HCM, with particular emphasis on Performance Management, Compensation, and the Redwood user experience. You will partner with HR and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, lead Redwood adoption and optimization, support quarterly updates and enhancements, and maintain reliable data and integrations across the HR technology environment. Knowledge of Cornerstone Learn, Avature Talent Acquisition Management, PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, Boomi, and related enterprise platforms is preferred as complementary experience.
Location: Hybrid (Incumbent must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex).

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONRequired- Education
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
- Experience
5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training. - Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud HCM through the full system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user training.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly Performance Management and Compensation.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle's Redwood user experience, including Redwood page configuration or personalization, user experience validation, security considerations, testing, and adoption.
- Ability to analyze Oracle HCM business processes, evaluate configuration options, conduct fit/gap analysis, and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle functionality and leading practices.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM security, approval workflows, validation rules, reporting, data loads, quarterly updates, release readiness, and regression testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using relational databases for data validation, troubleshooting, query development, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, including Query Manager, Process Scheduler, reporting, security, and core HR functions.
- Experience supporting one or more complementary HR technology platforms, such as Cornerstone Learn, Avature Talent Acquisition Management, UKG Pro, or Boomi.
- Core Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Support the HR technology portfolio, including Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management and Compensation, Cornerstone Learn, Avature Talent Acquisition Management, PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, Boomi, and related integrations, with Oracle Cloud HCM serving as the primary area of responsibility.
- Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements and translate complex compensation structures, performance processes, and HR business needs into sustainable Oracle Cloud HCM configurations and solutions.
- Facilitate end-to-end design workshops with business stakeholders; demonstrate Oracle capabilities; evaluate design options; and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud HCM functionality, Redwood standards, security, usability, and organizational requirements.
- Lead Redwood-related configuration and optimization, including page personalization, role-based experiences, security, approval workflows, validation rules, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Monitor Oracle Cloud HCM performance and production processes; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration, security, workflow, reporting, data, and integration issues.
- Business Analysis and Data Integration
- Partner with HR, Compensation, and operational business units to conduct fit/gap analyses, assess design choices, improve business processes, and translate business workflows into Oracle Cloud HCM functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support upstream and downstream processes and integrations among Oracle Cloud HCM and related platforms, including Cornerstone Learn, Avature Talent Acquisition Management, PeopleSoft HCM, UKG Pro, Boomi, and other enterprise systems.
- Analyze data relationships across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems to ensure accurate mappings, consistent business rules, complete interface processing, and reliable reconciliation.
- Use Oracle reporting and data tools, SQL, queries, and extracts to validate data, investigate issues, support decision-making, and develop clear functional and technical documentation.
- Plan and organize assigned work and provide timely, accurate progress updates on project deliverables to leadership.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support the availability of critical production processes and integrations.
- Project Execution and Lifecycle Support
- Lead the technical and configuration work for Oracle Cloud HCM enhancements, quarterly releases, Redwood conversions, module deployments, integrations, and cross-functional HR technology initiatives.
- Assess Oracle release impacts, coordinate readiness activities, and plan and execute unit, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, as well as cutover and go-live activities.
- Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test scenarios and validation protocols to ensure stable, accurate configuration and controlled promotion across environments.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, Oracle Support, and other vendors to diagnose, escalate, and resolve complex application, integration, data, and architecture issues.
- Leadership and Enablement
- Serve as an Oracle HCM resource and mentor to junior staff, system analysts, and subject matter experts; support workload planning, monitor deliverables, and assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Create clear functional and technical specifications, configuration documentation, support procedures, job aids, and training materials that strengthen Oracle Cloud HCM support, Redwood adoption, and effective use of supported HR applications.
JOB DUTIES- Provide expertise gained from previous ERP implementations and operational knowledge to lead the team members through the design, configuration and implementation of the ERP application software modules or database and/or technical components.
- Provide ERP software expertise and operational knowledge to help business process owners and project team members in conducting fit/gap analysis and evaluation of design and process choices to make best practice decisions.
- Use ERP software expertise and operational knowledge to evaluate and confirm integration and consistency of business process design across the ERP software modules.
- Identify customization, interface, report, ad conversion requirements.
- Facilitate decision making process required to successfully execute project plans and contribute to the creation of an accurate project plan and task list.
- Define user authorization requirements and participate in the resolution of problems, concerns and issues on an as needed basis.
- Assist with the creation of test scenarios/scripts, coordinate testing efforts, participates in testing of designed solution and verify/ validate results of conversion efforts and testing results.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of end-user training and training materials.
- Provides initial post implementation support to end users on production system.
- Coordinate with other resources to identify, document, and resolve issues and assist with data mapping and validation.
- Assist with the internal and external communications regarding the business system implementation project and on going support. Develops and maintains project plans. Provides project status reports.
- Participate in 24 x 7 on-call rotation to ensure timely support of system.
- Supervise lower level staff, which may consist of Subject Matter Experts, Business Analyst Supervisors, Sr. Business Analysts, and Business Analysts; interviews, hires, mentors, & counsel employees. Oversees training and determines work priorities of staff; evaluates work progress.
