  • Understand data sources, manage data collection and data pre-processing, labeling, and own data outputs.
  • Develop LLM-integrated systems with memory (context management) and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities.
  • Integrate AI models into production environments, optimizing for performance and implementing CI/CD automation.
  • Develop and coordinate production engineering changes, coordinating project schedules and incorporation plans to integrate changes into the vehicle and production systems.
  • Coordinate across engineering, production, supply chain, project management, and design functions to resolve non-conformances, ensuring value engineering is incorporated in decision processes.
  • Work directly with supply chain to ensure purchase request, purchase orders are fulfilled timely and develop associated metrics.
  • Drive multi-functional studies to close risks threatening program cost and schedule
  • Coordinate with engineering Responsible Engineers (RE's) to develop strategic roadmaps for certification and qualification of engineering designs.
  • Work with technical and management functions to develop content for Blue Origin's Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Program Management Review (PMR)
  • Coordinate across subsystem Responsible Engineers and Technical Project Managers to collect and coordinate documentation for certification activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 10+ years industry experience in launch system engineering development and/or operations
  • Strong AI/ML foundation and software engineering skills or hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
  • Experience leading system-level technical trade studies
  • Demonstrated program/project management experience
  • Passion for Blue Origin's mission: Millions of people living and working in space!

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years industry experience in launch system engineering development and/or operations
