Coach junior staff and provide professional guidance
Apply diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot issues
Deliver remote support through desktop mirroring applications
Identify and resolve user-reported issues in cloud infrastructure

You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area
You must have a current TS/SCI FS clearance
Fifteen (15) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Some of your day-to-day activities will include:
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
