Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in developing and implementing Knowledge Management strategies, particularly with Army organizations.
• Proven experience in sharing Knowledge Management best practices across commands and organizations.
• Expertise in supporting strategic planning through program content development and training initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Business Process Redesign (BPR) and Process Reengineering activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms for document management.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and creating presentations and documentation.
• Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or equivalent certification required.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise Knowledge Management strategy aligned with MEDCOM objectives.
• Lead transformational Knowledge Management efforts and promote sharing best practices throughout the organization.
• Support strategic planning through process improvement and organizational knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Conduct Business Process Redesign and Process Reengineering to enhance efficiency and info flow.
• Manage SharePoint portals and document repositories for collaboration and information sharing.
• Facilitate sessions for requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping.
• Create training materials, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management artifacts.
• Analyze processes to provide recommendations for improving knowledge capture and dissemination.
