Sr. Systems/Software Integration Engineer

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years developing and implementing Knowledge Management (KM) strategies, including leading large-scale, transformative KM initiatives within Army organizations.
  • Experience sharing KM best practices across commands and organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and directorate-level strategic planning efforts through the development of program content, workflows, and training initiatives.
  • Experience conducting Business Process Redesign (BPR) and Business Process Reengineering activities.
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint portal sites or similar collaboration platforms and providing document management support.
  • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and preparing presentations, briefings, and process documentation.
  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) or equivalent certification required.
  • Active Secret Required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise Knowledge Management strategy in support of MEDCOM objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead KM transformation efforts and promote knowledge-sharing best practices across the organization.
  • Support enterprise and directorate-level strategic planning activities through process improvement, workflow development, and organizational knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Conduct Business Process Redesign and Process Reengineering efforts to improve operational efficiency and information flow.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint portals and document repositories to support collaboration, document management, and information sharing requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping activities.
  • Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, presentations, and other knowledge management artifacts.
  • Analyze organizational processes and provide recommendations to improve knowledge capture, retention, and dissemination.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and other deliverables supporting leadership decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
