Responsibilities

Clear-to-Build

Inventory Strategy and Optimization
  • Manage inventory buffers, including safety stock, safety lead time, and CIR, with a formal quarterly evaluation and update cycle.

  • Support strategic initiatives, system implementations, UAT, process deployments, and BOM or attrition-related analysis.
  • Promote responsible adoption of AI and digital planning tools, capture user feedback, and improve learning workflows.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Influence procurement, operations, suppliers, engineering, customer teams, and leadership without relying on direct authority.
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and timely escalation while maintaining constructive working relationships.
  • Serve as a pinch hitter for MPS or daily planning execution when needed.
