Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy & Execution
    • Drive end-to-end supply planning strategies that optimize inventory, capacity, cost, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Program Leadership
    • Lead complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Supplier Performance & Supply Health
    • Drive supplier performance, capacity readiness, and operational excellence through performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analytics & Operational Excellence
    • Leverage data analytics and business insights to identify trends, resolve operational challenges, and improve supply chain predictability and efficiency.
  • Risk & Resiliency Management
    • Develop and execute mitigation strategies addressing supply, operational, and supplier risks while strengthening business continuity and resiliency.
  • Cross-Functional Influence
    • Partner across engineering, sourcing, logistics, procurement, finance, and operations teams to deliver scalable supply chain solutions.
  • Transformation & Innovation
    • Lead process modernization initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled solutions, to improve scalability, efficiency, and decision-making.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, technical program management, or related field, with exposure to hardware infrastructure or data center operations
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional programs across supply chain, engineering, and vendor organizations
  • Experience supporting new product introduction or hardware readiness programs with shifting timelines
  • Familiarity with BOM development, purchase order management, and supplier qualification processes
  • Experience coordinating across systems integration, procurement, and logistics partners to deliver program milestones
  • Track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with predictable outcomes
  • Ability to communicate effectively and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data tools and dashboards to monitor program performance and surface risks
  • Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent process improvement methodology a plus

Supply Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
