Job Title:Sr. Supervisor, Maintenance - Swing Shift
Job Description:The Role: Entegris' Semiconductor manufacturing site in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor within Manufacturing Operations to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians in the safe, effective, and reliable execution of maintenance activities supporting the Hillsboro manufacturing operation. This role ensures equipment, facilities, and supporting systems are maintained to meet business needs while upholding strong standards for safety, quality, uptime, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Maintenance.
Shift Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 12:30AM
What You'll Do: - Provide daily leadership for maintenance execution, technician development, work prioritization, troubleshooting support, preventative maintenance completion, and continuous improvement.
- Mature the maintenance organization by improving PM effectiveness, strengthening maintenance management system utilization, building technician capability, and developing labor models that align maintenance resources to factory demand, equipment criticality, and business priorities.
- Demonstrate strong front-line leadership, technical judgment, hands-on problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing Operations, Equipment Engineering, Controls Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, and outside service providers to support safe, reliable, and efficient factory performance.
- Manage a compressed work week (CWW) team of 10-16 direct reports
- Lead maintenance technicians in safe execution of scheduled, unscheduled, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with Entegris EHS requirements, site procedures, lockout/tagout expectations, and return-to-service practices.
- Reinforce strong housekeeping, job-site discipline, documentation quality, and safe work practices.
- Prioritize and assign daily maintenance work in partnership with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and outside service providers.
- Support troubleshooting of equipment, facilities, utilities, mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
- Own day-to-day preventative maintenance execution, including PM schedule adherence, overdue PM reduction, work quality, and documentation completeness.
- Lead PM G2G improvements by evaluating PM effectiveness, updating task lists, improving procedures, and reducing repeat failures.
- Partner with Equipment Engineering to improve PM frequencies, critical equipment definitions, job plans, spare parts, and return-to-service requirements.
- Strengthen use of Asset Essentials, Reliance, SAP, and other maintenance systems to improve planning, data integrity, and visibility to maintenance health.
- Develop maintenance labor models that align staffing, skill mix, shift coverage, overtime, and contractor support to PM load, demand maintenance, equipment criticality, and project workload.
- Build technician capability through coaching, training, skills assessment, cross-training, and performance feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that improve safety, uptime, reliability, quality, cost, and technician productivity.
- Track and communicate maintenance metrics such as PM completion, overdue PM aging, downtime, repeat failures, backlog, emergency work, and labor utilization.

What We Seek: - Must be strong leader, self-motivated, and very good communicator
- High school diploma/GED required; associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, facilities, equipment, or manufacturing maintenance.
- 2+ years of supervisory, lead technician, planning, or formal team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience leading maintenance work in a 24/7 manufacturing or high-reliability environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, spare parts, and maintenance documentation.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems; Asset Essentials experience preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, equipment drawings, schematics, PM procedures, and safety instructions.
- Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation as needed.

- Experience in semiconductor, advanced materials, chemical manufacturing, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience building labor models, staffing plans, skill matrices, or maintenance coverage plans.
- Demonstrated success improving PM compliance, reducing reactive work, improving uptime, or reducing repeat failures.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, RCA, 5S, Gemba, or tiered daily management.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Reliance, EtQ, controls systems, calibration systems, or manufacturing data systems.
- Hands-on technical background in mechanical, electrical, controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, utilities, HVAC, or process equipment.
