Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

Aboutthe Role:

McKessonCanada's Corporate Strategy & Business Development team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Strategy Analyst to help evaluate, shape, and execute strategic growth opportunities across the enterprise.

Reportinginto Corporate Strategy & Business Development, you will partner with senior leaders to develop strategic recommendations, assess market opportunities, support business development initiatives, and contribute to enterprise-wide strategic planning. This position offers exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence decisions that support growth, innovation, and improved healthcare outcomes.

Theideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

  • Assistwith due diligence and transaction activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, healthcare, management consulting, corporate development, business development, or a related field

  • Experiencedeveloping business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations.

  • Experienceconducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decisions.

  • Demonstratedability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Strongexecutive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leadership audiences.

  • Provenability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advancedproficiency with Excel.

  • Strongwritten, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

PreferredSkills & Experience:

  • MBAor other advanced business degree.

  • Managementconsulting experience.
