Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a key member of the HR leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role acts as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to executive and operational leaders, including the Presidents of the Austin, West, and Woodlands campuses, supporting a multi-site community hospital network.

The HRBP partners closely with leadership to align people strategies with organizational priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and culture. This position delivers high-impact, data-informed HR solutions that advance excellence in patient care, research, and innovation.

While supporting multiple locations, the role is primarily based in Austin and operates within a hybrid model, with periodic travel and in-person engagement across campuses.

What You'll Do

  • Use workforce analytics to provide insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce trends that shape business decisions.
  • Partner with Employee Relations to manage workplace concerns in a fair, compliant, and forward-thinking manner.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree (preferred)
  • 8 years of HR leadership experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or related strategic talent role supporting complex healthcare, academic medical center, or hospital environments (required)
  • Experience working in a multi-site healthcare organization or academic medical center preferred
  • Senior-level HR certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and lead through change
  • Experience using HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive insight and improvement
