Your Team, Your Impact

The Sr. Staff Global Mobility and Immigration Specialist supports global mobility, U.S. immigration, and relocation programs to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and a strong employee experience. This role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, vendors, and legal counsel to manage immigration and relocation processes end to end.

What You Can Expect
  • Serve as SME for global mobility and U.S. immigration programs.
  • Manage immigration and relocation cases from initiation through completion.
  • Partner with recruiters, HR, and legal counsel on visa and work authorization strategies (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1 OPT/STEM, J-1, etc.).
  • Track timelines, case status, and extensions to ensure compliance.
  • Review petitions, filings, and invoices for accuracy and cost control.
  • Maintain process documentation, metrics, and program communications.
  • Monitor vendor and relocation provider performance.
  • Provide additional immigration support including RFE responses, audit preparation, case escalations, and special projects.


What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of U.S. business immigration experience (corporate or law firm).
  • Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Relevant mobility or relocation certifications (GMS, CRP) a plus.


Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
93,900 - 140,700, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
