Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering with a focus on semiconductor processing.
• At least 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in process engineering and yield optimization.
• Proven track record of enhancing product yields using diverse data sources, including test results and process control data.
• Experience collaborating with product engineers on yield information and addressing reliability challenges.
• Knowledgeable in device measurement techniques for manual and automated data collection.
• Familiarity with analog circuit design and product test methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to create and manage documentation to uphold foundry agreements.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and install high-voltage process technologies in external semiconductor foundries.
• Ensure consistent performance of technologies across multiple foundries.
• Communicate effectively with external fab engineers to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor technologies using statistical analysis to enhance final test yield.
• Analyze and improve yields for various high-voltage smart-power products.
• Establish relationships among product yield, process control monitors, and in-fab SPC data.
• Oversee the reliability testing of new products and collaborate with engineers on failure analysis.
