Job DescriptionSr Specialist, Restaurant Asset ManagementCoppell, TXJob SummaryThe position supports the development, execution, and ongoing management of our Asset Management program. Reporting to me, this role handles the day-to-day execution of asset lifecycle processes, including asset onboarding and retirement, data integrity, warranty tracking, asset tagging, reporting, and administration of asset management processes within Corrigo. The position will also manage assigned capital improvement projects and strategic initiatives, coordinating with Operations, Facilities, Construction, Supply Chain, Finance, manufacturers, and vendor partners to ensure successful execution from planning through completion. This position does not have direct reports.
What You'll DoLeads the day-to-day execution of Brinker's Asset Management program, ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management from onboarding and tagging through maintenance history, replacement consideration, and retirement.
Manages and improves asset data, processes, and workflows within Corrigo to drive data integrity, asset visibility, warranty utilization, and reliable reporting that supports maintenance and capital investment decisions.
Develops and analyzes asset lifecycle reporting and performance metrics to identify replacement opportunities, asset trends, and actionable insights that support proactive maintenance and long-term capital planning.
Manages assigned capital improvement projects and strategic initiatives from planning through completion, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, vendor performance, stakeholder communication, and project closeout to achieve successful business outcomes.
Partners cross-functionally with Facilities, Operations, Construction, Supply Chain, Finance, manufacturers, and vendor partners to develop and implement scalable asset management processes, resolve operational challenges, and continuously improve the effectiveness of Brinker's Restaurant Asset Management program.
What You Bring to the TeamBachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in asset management, facilities management, project management, construction, or a related operational environment, with demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, projects, and competing priorities.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret asset and operational data, identify trends and opportunities, develop solutions, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to analyze and organize data, develop reports and presentations, manage project information, and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Experience working with enterprise facilities, asset management, or CMMS platforms is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, influence without direct authority, and effectively partner across Operations, Facilities, Construction, Supply Chain, Finance, manufacturers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
