About the Role

This role will drive and lead production of press samples and delivery for all inkjet and toner devices. The primary function is to plan, coordinate, and control sample process and deliver products on time and within expectations. This includes managing all production activities and operations and working with multiple departments and vendors to drive company's initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. It will be required to confirm request specifications to define team assignments based on workload for each individual.

This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton, Fl so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.

Your Impact

- Plan and generate production schedule with details of final delivery.
- Thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members.
- Define resources required and communicate tasks as needed.
- Manage inventory system to ensure stock levels remain adequate to deliver product samples for each press.
- Work with merchants to order paper and manage inventory to maintain necessary levels.
- Manage budget and track paper usage.
- Incorporate press maintenance into scheduling to assure quality standards are met.
- Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure requests are completed on time and that quality standards and targets are met.
- Collect and analyze data, putting together production reports for management review as well as stakeholders.
- Proactively communicates status, issues & risks.
- Assess issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder goals.
- Implement and adjust processes as needed to meet end goals.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of printing or industry experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Project.
- Understand and be comfortable in using the Adobe Creative Suite product (a plus).
- Project management experience (a plus).
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to keep track of schedules and activity.

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $76,150-114,040 annually.
