As a trusted customer advocate, the Solutions Architect will help Small and Medium Business (SMB) organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate and modernize existing workloads to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad adoption of AWS within the SMB segment, with a specific focus on how Generative AI and Agentic AI are reshaping how fast-growing businesses operate, compete, and serve their customers.
The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to a Solutions Architect. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges unique to the SMB space, including rapid scalability, cost optimization, security posture maturity, and AI-powered innovation. As SMB customers move from experimenting with GenAI to deploying autonomous agents across their operations, you will help them navigate that shift with confidence and speed.

* Educate customers on AWS's value for SMB workloads and lead architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for resilience, cost efficiency, security, and rapid innovation - including multi-agent systems and foundation model integrations tailored to SMB use cases.
* Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement sessions covering GenAI-powered productivity, agentic automation for business operations, serverless and analytics modernization, and AI-driven customer experience. Capture and share best practices across the SA community, including reusable agentic AI frameworks and responsible AI governance patterns.
* Author customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and reference architectures emphasizing GenAI and Agentic AI for SMB customers. Build deep relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders to accelerate their cloud and AI transformation journeys, and serve as a technical liaison advocating for SMB-specific product needs and roadmap priorities.
