  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between different marketing technology platforms to ensure seamless data flow and automation of marketing processes.
  • Customization: Customize marketing technology platforms to meet specific business requirements, including designing and implementing custom workflows, templates, and reports.
  • Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing technology platforms by implementing data governance policies, data validation rules, and data hygiene processes.
  • Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize marketing technology platforms and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
