Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Microsoft technologies with at least 7 years focused on Dynamics CRM.
• Demonstrable design experience as a Senior Technical Lead in large MSCRM implementations.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Cloud is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Field Service modules.
• Hands-on experience with MSCRM versions 2013, 2016, and Dynamics 365, including CRM SDK and plugins.
• Proficiency in .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData, HTML5, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, Scribe, and SSIS for data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Oversee complex functionality and multi-module integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Execute large-scale multi-geographic rollouts of CRM applications.
• Conduct installation and setup of MSCRM in various environments.
• Implement and manage integrations using Azure functions and Service Bus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Develop and optimize CRM SDK components and plugins.
