DescriptionThe Senior SIGINT Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert responsible for researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies into Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems supporting missions for the Navy. This role combines deep analytical expertise with forward-looking technical insight to ensure operational elements remain equipped with cutting-edge capabilities.
The analyst conducts continuous research and assessments of advanced SIGINT-related technologies, including collection platforms, processing frameworks, analytic tools, automation approaches, and data fusion capabilities. They evaluate technical feasibility, mission relevance, integration pathways, and potential impacts to existing architectures. The analyst develops recommendations, produces technical reports, and guides adoption strategies to strengthen mission effectiveness.
Core responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and assessing emerging SIGINT-related technologies, tools, and methodologies
- Conducting technical analyses, feasibility studies, and capability gap assessments
- Developing integration strategies for advanced systems and capabilities
- Coordinating with engineers, developers, mission leads, and acquisition stakeholders
- Providing technical recommendations to leadership and mission teams
- Representing the organization at technical exchanges, working groups, and stakeholder engagements
- Preparing briefings, reports, and documentation that inform strategic decisions

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline
- 10 years of full-time professional experience in the design, implementation, installation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and deployment of carry on equipment systems to also include wireless and wired computer networks and devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- DoD Approved DFARS [redacted] Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification, minimum IAT Level II
- Three years of full-time demonstrated experience with remote carry on equipment dataflow configuration and management to include experience with data leveling, data transformation and data ingestion protocols for compliance with national carry on equipment enterprise repositories
- Three years of full-time demonstrated experience with engineering carry on equipment data configuration and routing methodology to meet mission requirements and post mission delivery to end users
- Three years of professional experience in the following skillsets/disciplines:
- Windows Active Directory Services/Primary Domain Controller (PDC)
- Windows configuration, administration and deployment
- Linux configuration, administration and deployment
- Virtual-Machine Deployment, i.e., VMWare/vSphere
- Apache NiFi
- Hardware and software configuration management (e.g. tracking bugs, enhancements, requirements, risks, test results, and tasks)
- System and Network Security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security controls on network, hardware, and software components and devices
- Certified SYSADMIN in Windows or Linux
