Position Description: We are seeking a Sr. SDET/Quality Engineer to join our Software Engineering practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing automation frameworks and partnering with engineering to prevent defects from leaking into production. Communication/collaboration will be key in this role, as well as strong API testing experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and testing needs.
. Enhance existing automation frameworks and design new frameworks as required.
. Perform front-end and API testing, using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.
. Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile testing practices within the team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
. 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation engineering.
. Expertise in automation testing using tools such as Cypress (preferred), Selenium, and Playwright.
. Proficiency in creating and maintaining test frameworks and scripts.
. Experience working in an Agile environment.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
