Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in a science, bioscience, engineering, or bioengineering field; preferably higher education with extensive experience.
• Over 12 years of relevant work experience with a B.S., over 10 years with an M.S., or over 4 years with a Ph.D.
• Proven communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Experience in managing projects across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex scientific problems independently.
• Strong background in mammalian cell culture and bioreactor processes.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform experiments and provide mentorship in the lab as necessary.
• Manage and prioritize multiple project timelines effectively.
• Communicate progress and needs clearly with management and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings.
• Utilize professional concepts to solve complex problems practically.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success.
• Continuously update knowledge and expertise in relevant scientific fields.
• Develop experimental strategies for new products in Bioproduction, Gene Therapy, and Cell Therapy.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data with statistical tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot and innovate solutions for experimental and equipment issues independently.
