Senior Salesforce Technical Lead - Drive Innovation & Transformation

Take the lead in shaping the future of enterprise business systems. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of strategic planning, cutting-edge implementations, and continuous innovation-empowering teams with world-class Salesforce CRM solutions. As the senior technical expert, you'll blend architecture vision, integration mastery (including MuleSoft), and hands-on project leadership to deliver scalable, user-friendly systems that fuel business growth, enhance data integrity, and unlock agility.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Vision - Lead strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce CRM, ensuring platforms evolve in sync with business goals.
  • Build & Innovate - Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Pardot, Engage), and related tools using both clicks and code.
  • Integrate Seamlessly - Design and manage integrations with MuleSoft and other platforms to ensure data flows securely and reliably across enterprise systems.
  • Lead from the Front - Drive complex CRM initiatives from discovery to deployment, championing best practices in stakeholder engagement, scope definition, and change management.
