What You'll Do- Own the Vision - Lead strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce CRM, ensuring platforms evolve in sync with business goals.
- Build & Innovate - Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Pardot, Engage), and related tools using both clicks and code.
- Integrate Seamlessly - Design and manage integrations with MuleSoft and other platforms to ensure data flows securely and reliably across enterprise systems.
- Lead from the Front - Drive complex CRM initiatives from discovery to deployment, championing best practices in stakeholder engagement, scope definition, and change management.
- Collaborate & Translate - Partner with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions that streamline workflows and boost productivity.
- Govern & Secure - Oversee system governance, security controls, and release planning to maintain system integrity and compliance.
- Mentor & Elevate - Act as the go-to escalation point for critical issues, guiding and developing junior team members.
- Document & Future-Proof - Maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure transparency, knowledge sharing, and sustainable system growth.
- Stay Ahead - Keep pace with Salesforce updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate capabilities.
What You Bring- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in IT, including 5+ years of direct Salesforce CRM experience.
- Proven track record with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Pardot, Engage) administration and configuration.
- Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft.
- Strong Salesforce development skills (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, Flows) and deep understanding of architecture, security, and data models.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
