Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce, with deep ownership of the Lead-to-Quote process. This is a
builder role: you will provide both strategic architectural leadership and hands-on technical guidance, building scalable solutions using a mix of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ) and custom AI agents (
Agentforce and Claude) to enhance quoting accuracy, accelerate deal approvals, and ensure compliance.
You'll bring an
AI-first mindset, leveraging AI and Agentic AI technologies alongside modern engineering practices - including hands-on use of
Cursor for AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and elevate solution quality across the team, while actively participating in technical reviews and complex problem-solving aligned to enterprise standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud / CPQ - spanning the full Lead-to-Quote lifecycle - through architectural designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts, demonstrating solution functionality to business stakeholders.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, well-architected technical designs - data model, automation, integration patterns, and UX - that scale across the organization.
- Design and build custom Agentforce agents as well as custom agents built directly on Claude.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to gather, define, and document current and future state business processes and functional requirements for Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud - delivering compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, environment management plans, and development policies that influence project strategy and lead business stakeholders through solution design.
- Use Cursor and other AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of the build process, and help raise the bar on engineering velocity and code quality across the team.
- Define and coordinate SIT/UAT test plans for Lead-to-Quote and CPQ workflows; support enablement, admin guides, and training materials.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX) and support downstream reporting and audit needs.
- Collaborate with integration/middleware teams to define patterns connecting Salesforce with ERP and other downstream systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Deal Desk, Channel, IT) to prioritize and sequence the Salesforce roadmap.
- Implement Design Registration workflows to support distributor/partner-led deal identification, approval, and protection - ensuring channel deals follow pre-defined approval paths and pricing rules.
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Solution Architect with direct ownership of large-scale CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, including configuration of pricing rules, product bundles, subscription models, billing/invoicing structures, and revenue recognition.
- Proven hands-on experience with Agentforce building, configuring, and deploying agents in a production Salesforce org.
- Hands-on daily use of Cursor (or comparable AI-assisted IDE) for real development work"
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce credentials) highly desirable
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, platform events, batch processing, and integrations
- Ability to define system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired future state
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, ability to design scalable solutions utilizing industry best practices
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Strong command of data modeling, master data management, and handling complex datasets within Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce projects using Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills-capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value.
