THE ROLEArchitect and optimize high-impact Salesforce engineering solutions that directly power Everpure's global go-to-market engine. In this senior IC role, you will solve complex architectural and data challenges, balancing declarative and programmatic development to drive operational velocity across our GTM ecosystem. Working closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering peers, you will own the end-to-end design of scalable enterprise solutions that eliminate process bottlenecks, elevate system performance, and maintain flawless data integrity across the Everpure Platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Architecture & Scalable Engineering: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex flows to automate key business operations, accelerating enterprise Quote-to-Cash cycles and CPQ performance.
- Ecosystem & API Integration: Architect scalable REST/SOAP API integrations, oAuth implementations, and AppExchange products connecting Salesforce with third-party systems to ensure secure, real-time data flow across our global go-to-market infrastructure.
- System Health & Continuous Improvement: Proactively resolve complex technical bottlenecks, monitor system stability, and drive modern CI/CD release management using GitHub and AI-assisted coding technologies to maximize platform uptime and developer velocity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, mentoring team members on platform best practices, code standards, and governance.
WHAT YOU BRING- Salesforce Core Engineering: Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and complex declarative automation tools (Flows).
- Enterprise Integrations & Architecture: Proven capability integrating Salesforce with third-party software using REST/SOAP APIs, oAuth, Single Sign-On, and CPQ platforms to support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows.
- Modern Operations & Quality: Proficiency in version control systems like GitHub, modern deployment workflows, AI-assisted development tools, and managing high-severity production support with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex factors, independently establish execution methods, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external technical networks to guide business decisions.
- Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$153,000-$230,000 USD
