Sr. Salesforce Developer Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand user stories and design appropriate solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Implement and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce tools.
- Develop custom workflows, triggers, and process automations to meet specific business needs.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Ensure that all solutions are developed in line with Salesforce best practices, considering performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Work with the team to troubleshoot and refine existing solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to implemented solutions.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, applying them to enhance solutions where applicable.
Sr. Salesforce Developer Required Experience and Skills - 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce's declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.
- Ability to interpret and implement business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governance limits and security.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce's object model.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
Sr. Salesforce Developer Desired Experience and Skills: - Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
- Exposure to advanced Salesforce features like Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
