The Job:
As a Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you will be a part of our SEF team working as a Hybrid employee. You will lead a team responsible for optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll get to:
- Provide critical insight into sales activity, sales performance, and trends to Commercial leadership.
- Deliver fact-based analytical support and recommendations to optimize revenue operations.
- Develop and implement sales processes to enhance sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage Pricing Specialist team and collaborate with sales team to execute pricing strategies.
- Generate sales reports and customer demand forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Identify and implement sales process improvements, including automation and streamlining workflows.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role in a B2B environment
- 5+ years analytical experience in sales analysis, finance or sales planning
- 5+ years of managing a team of direct reports
- Success in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions, and working effectively in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and sales performance metrics and KPIs

The Salary range for this position is $115,800.00 - $199,800.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
