Senior Manager, Global SEO & AEO- REMOTE, US
The Job:
As a Senior Manager, Global SEO & AEO, you’ll be part of our Global Experience Management team working as a Remote employee.
You’ll get to:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the global SEO and AEO strategy aligned with business objectives, digital transformation goals, and market expansion plans.
Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging answer engine technologies (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, voice assistants). Proactively pilot new approaches to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, IT, Product, Communications, and Regional teams to embed SEO & AEO best practices in all content, product launches, and customer touchpoints.
Technical SEO Oversight: Direct enterprise-level technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, schema markup, crawl optimization, international SEO (hreflang, localization), and Core Web Vitals.
Content Optimization: Guide content strategy to maximize organic reach, featured snippets, and answer box placements. Oversee keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis for global audiences.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Leverage analytics to measure performance, inform strategy, and communicate impact to executive leadership.
Regional Leadership & Development: Develop global frameworks to enable each market region to implement SEO & AEO best practices.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all SEO/AEO activities comply with global privacy regulations, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
Provide structured feedback loops to global analytics and digital platform teams.
Support larger Digital COE Team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

The Person:

6+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 2-3 years leading SEO programs at a large, multinational organization or agency, including experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in enterprise SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Conductor/BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
Proven track record of driving organic growth and innovation at scale, ideally within consumer products sectors.
Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and the evolving answer engine ecosystem.
Experience managing large-scale, multilingual, and multi-brand digital portfolios.

The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $153,900.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
