About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations pro to support the Sales Ops function for Uber for Business, acting as a trusted partner to Sales leadership while driving alignment between strategy and execution. Our Sales Ops team supports and enables frontline GTM teams to sell & service more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the GTM process. This role will play a key role in optimizing performance and enabling sustainable growth across our SMB and MM segments. This role requires strong operational rigor, analytical depth, and executive-level communication.

What You'll Do

1. Stakeholder management: Partner closely with senior sales leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategy
2. Strategy: Partner with sales leadership to set performance targets for sales teams, recommend actions for improvement and work together to integrate positive changes within the operational environment
3. Analytics: provide key partners with critical reporting information and sales insights
4. Pipeline and Forecast: provide analytical and operational support to continuously improve our forecasting, pipeline management, and methodologies
5. Effectively communicate: find simple ways to convey insights and recommendations from sophisticated analysis results to business leaders

Basic Qualifications

1. 3+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations
2. Excellent Excel modeling skills, particularly as it pertains to financial modeling
3. Experience with SQL
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

1. 4+ years of work experience with experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a fast-growing B2B environment
2. Excelling in a collaborative environment! You translate team member needs into clear tasks and deliverables for contributors, and work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with ease
3. Verbal and written communication skills. Strong consensus building and executive presence to communicate and defend plans to Uber for Business executives
4. Experience with forecasting and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$123,000 per year - CAD$137,000 per year.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$118,000 per year - USD$131,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
