How Will You Make an Impact?

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting commercial business operations by ensuring the effective planning, execution, and optimization of sales technologies, applications, and programs. You will help drive operational excellence, data integrity, and process efficiency while supporting the goals and objectives of the commercial organization.

What Will You Do? Sales Applications & Technology Management
  • Manage and maintain the global CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system structure, reporting, user support, and training.
  • Execute monthly CRM reporting, data exports, and ongoing system administration.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the sales organization's iPad and MaaS360 device management program, including device tracking, content updates, technical support, asset management, and data security processes.
  • Administer and support the Showpad platform by maintaining content structure, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support.
  • Manage the Sales Organization's Management by Objectives (MBO) program, including automated scoring processes, score consolidation, compliance tracking, and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain the underlying data and ongoing accuracy of the iStent Pricing Application.

Sales Program Management
  • Coordinate and administer annual sales recognition and awards programs.
  • Manage the annual Wholeness Awards program, including voting administration and process oversight.
  • Oversee credentialing vendor relationships and support related program activities.
