Full Job Description
Type: Full-Time

Location: 1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501

Responsibilities:
  • Report warehouse safety, security, and compliance metrics directly to the team manager.
  • Conduct regular nationwide business trips to inspect all company warehouse locations, evaluating safety, security, and compliance statuses.
  • Investigate current safety and security practices and procedures to perform comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement best-practice guidelines to maintain high standards in safety, security, and compliance operations.
  • Maintain, update, and manage all comprehensive data and records related to warehouse safety, security, and compliance issues.
  • Monitor, follow up, and drive resolution for existing and emerging safety, security, and compliance matters.
  • Oversee the effective execution and continuous improvement of existing and future safety and security standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and conduct accident-prevention training, alongside health, safety, and security workshops for warehouse staff.
  • Partner with operation managers to ensure safety and compliance protocols are integrated seamlessly, promoting a secure and high-efficiency work environment.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and security incidents to determine root causes and enforce corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee and implement C-TPAT regulations and security guidelines across all facilities.
  • Support general administrative duties and cross-functional initiatives for the team as needed.
