Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related technical STEM discipline.
• 10 years of experience in identifying, assessing, validating, and prioritizing military capability requirements with a focus on requirements engineering.
• 5-10 years of expertise in capability development within the US JCIDS and DAS frameworks.
• 2 years of experience with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model.
• Experience in communication and information systems infrastructure in classified environments.
• Proficient with IBM Rational DOORS or an equivalent enterprise requirements management tool.

Responsibilities

• Support the NC3 Integrated Capability Management Office (iCMO) in reviewing and updating requirements management and benefits realization plans.
• Update security policy, documentation, and classification guides for the NC3 capability.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to identify requirements and assist with policy developments and engineering reviews.
• Collaborate with organizations to align the NC3 programme with best practices in requirements and quality assurance.
• Manage Benefits Realization as management products are developed and projects are delivered.
• Develop measurable Capability Acceptance Criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and end users.
