  • Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex asset failures and implementing long-term reliability solutions.

4. SAP Data & System Utilization
  • CMMS Ownership: Serve as the site subject matter expert (SME) for the SAP Maintenance Module (PM).
  • Data Integrity: Ensure all work orders, equipment histories, parts consumption, and labor hours are accurately tracked and documented within SAP.
  • KPI Tracking: Leverage SAP data to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and PM compliance.

5. Budgeting & Financial Management
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Develop, justify, and manage the annual plant maintenance budget.
  • Cost Control: Monitor maintenance expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage spare parts inventory levels to optimize working capital without risking equipment uptime.
