As a foremost expert in incoming quality, this role delves deep into inspection methodologies, ensuring that the highest standards of quality are consistently met. Drives best practices and mentors junior engineers in the nuances of quality assurance.
Job Requirements
• Conduct PPAPs and AS9102 B FAIs for product development.
• Prepare MSAs and reliability studies for testing equipment.
• Lead Cross Functional Teams in RCCA.
• Update documentation and prepare corrective plans in response to quality issues.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Direct engineers and technicians in problem resolution.
• Develop inspection plans for components by interpreting engineering drawings.
What your background should look like
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferrable.
• 5- 10 years of experience in a quality function.
• CQE certification preferable.
• Experience in GD&T, problem analysis, customer/supplier interfacing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $102,600 - $153,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
